Thank you for using our hosting service. We always want our customers to be satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, a refund will be applicable under the following terms:

01 Money-Back Guarantee

  • We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
  • For your first hosting order, you may apply for a refund within 7 days from the order date.
  • You must not have previously received a money-back refund from us. Once you receive a refund, the refund policy will no longer apply to any future orders.
  • A valid reason must be mentioned when applying for a refund. If the reason is not deemed reasonable, the refund will not be processed.

03 Further Restrictions

  • If you add a new service, remove a service, or change your hosting package after the initial window, no refund applies.
  • If service is suspended/terminated due to misuse, illegal content, spam, or security violations.

04 Step-by-Step Process

Process begins within a maximum of 3 business days after verification.
Payment Method
Refund completed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Final Deductions
Payment gateway charges and transaction fees will be deducted from the final amount.
