We begin setting up client hosting accounts immediately upon verification of full payment. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is valid and current at all times.
All login credentials and technical details will be sent to the primary email address provided during signup. Providing false or inaccurate contact information may lead to the immediate termination of your account without notice.
All services are provided on a prepaid basis. We accept payments primarily via bKash, Rocket, and Nagad mobile banking for the fastest processing within Bangladesh.
Renewal notifications are sent automatically via email between 1 to 15 days prior to the expiration date. Failure to renew the service by the final due date will result in automatic service suspension. {{ $siteSettings['site_name'] ?? 'OneHost BD' }} is not liable for data loss occurring due to non-renewal and subsequent suspension or termination.
Accounts not renewed by the invoice due date will be suspended immediately. Deactivation reminders are sent 5 days prior.
Account files and data will be permanently terminated 30 days after the initial suspension if payment remains outstanding.
We provide up to 1 complimentary website migration per service (Shared, VPS, or Dedicated) as a bonus to help you get started. Please note that migration of your website from a previous host is a complimentary service and is not a core obligation of the hosting plan.
Any migration requests beyond the initial one will incur professional service fees. While we make every effort to ensure a seamless data transfer, we cannot guarantee the outcome or precise timeline of the process.
